Paramount Warranty &

Systems that are purchased directly from Paramount by an End-User
Customer (excluding distributors & resellers) may
be returned by Customer in accordance with our "Total Satisfaction Return Policy"
in effect on the date of the invoice. Reconditioned parts that are
purchased directly from us may be returned by Customer during the 10 day
period following the date of shipment by us for a credit or for a refund
of the purchase price if already paid; for new parts, the return period
is 30 days. (Distributors & Resellers contact your sales
person)

- ORIGINAL RECEIPT
- VALID ID
- REASON FOR RETURN FORM
APPROVED BY A MANAGER
REFUNDS OF CASH OR CHECK PURCHASES OVER
$100 WILL BE ISSUED BY CHECK FROM OUR CORPORATE OFFICE WITHIN 14
BUSINESS DAYS OF APPROVED RETURN.

Warranty Statement
|
All items sold have a 90 Day Limited Warranty with
Paramount Computer Corporation. This warranty may be superceded by
the Original Manufacturers Warranty.

WE MAKE NO EXPRESS
WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS SECTION AND IN OUR
APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATEMENT IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE
PURCHASE. ANY SUCH WARRANTIES WILL BE EFFECTIVE, AND WE WILL BE
OBLIGATED TO HONOR ANY SUCH WARRANTIES, ONLY UPON OUR RECEIPT OF
PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE ITEM TO BE WARRANTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN OUR
APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATEMENT IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. |

Paramount Computer Corporation reserves
the right to modify its warranty at any time, at its sole discretion.
All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part
of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license
agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. We do not
warrant any software under this Agreement. Warranties, if any, for the
software are contained in the license agreement that governs its
purchase, use, and distribution.

Exchanges.
|
From time to time, We may, at
its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any
exchanges will be made in accordance with our exchange policies in
effect on the date of the exchange |
Limitation of Liability.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT
LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY
FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA
OR SOFTWARE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR
OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY
THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. |
